Matt’s pick: Gargoyles/Darkwing Duck #1: After contacting a wary Morgana Macawber through her magic mirror, the scheming Demona whisks the uncooperative sorceress out of St. Canard and into her New York City lair, where she proceeds to grill Morgana for the location of a certain mystical tome with enough eldritch energy to allow Demona to finally conquer the world. Tony’s pick: Sonic the Hedgehog #84: Metal Sonic has gone missing! Dr. Eggman promises Belle the Tinkerer he’ll remove her connection to the ruthless robot if she uses it one last time to find him. Backed into a corner, Eggman concedes with a condition of his own: They must be accompanied by one of his greatest creations, the artificial intelligence Sage.
