Amid The Chaos There Comes A Costume In Our Preview For Miles Morales: Spider-Man #29

Miles Morales is Spider-Man, not Kid Arachnid, not Spin, certainly not Spy-D. He is Spider-Man. The best superhero movie of all time said so. But even there, he couldn’t just be a dime-store Peter Parker ripoff. He had to get his own identity in the form of a costume that reflects who he is. He’s Miles Morales. He’s Spider-Man. He’s both.

Well speaking of identity, Miles has been dealing with a crisis of his own. Over the last few months, Miles has been battling in his own Clone Saga. He saw Selim wear his face, his threads, saw him threaten his sister. And after 10 years as the ultimate Spider-Man remix, Miles is doing something different. In Miles Morales: Spider-Man #29 Saladin Ahmed and Christopher Allen get miles ready for a whole new look, curtesy of character designer and director Chase Conley.

We’ll have to wait until Wednesday to get a glimpse of Miles Morales new costume in action, but until then make sure you check out our exclusive preview of Miles Morales: Spider-Man #29.
