People always seem to think breaking into and sneaking around Doctor Strange’s house is a good idea. What’s up with that? The Silver Surfer crashes into it in The Infinity Gauntlet, the New Mutants Scooby-Doo it up there in Dead Souls. Heck, Sage and Domino just broke into it in X-Force a couple months ago. Maybe they all read classic Defenders and assumed Strange was cool with anyone just showing up.
The latest example of people misunderstanding the Sanctum Sanctorum’s open-door policy comes in Captain Marvel Vol. Whatever #3, as new character Yuna Yang finds herself tripping the sanctum’s security measures. With Carol Danvers trapped in the Negative Zone because of plot stuff, how is new girl gonna get out of this one?
