Not all that long ago, Mister Sinister implanted his genetic code into Emma Frost and three other members of the Krakoan Quiet Council, creating a series of alternate futures in which Sinister and the three other aspects of the original Nathaniel Essex fought to become a Dominion, not realizing they existed solely to feed data back to the original Essex, who would ultimately achieve that godhood. It didn’t last.
Anyway, I bring that up because this preview of next week’s Exceptional X-Men #10 includes a splash page of Emma dressed like Sinister, fabulous cape and all. She wears it well, though black and red aren’t really her colors. That’s more of a Madelyne Pryor thing.
Still, Emma remains nothing less than fabulous.
