Rogue #3 finds Constrictor’s become a yuppie (PREVIEW)

Frank Payne, the Constrictor, is one of Marvel’s classic jobbers. Need a guy to beat up who’s not one of your classic rogues but will spar as well with Spider-Man as he will with Wolverine or Captain America or Luke Cage? Haaaaave you met Frank?

These days, the Constrictor apparently also is a wealthy pseudo-businessman, making crooked deals atop a Chicago office tower.

(Although didn’t he die at one point?)

But the most important thing to know about the Constrictor is that he is a member of the Serpent Society, the union of snake-themed supervillains.

So Frank, whatever your business model is these days, with your Gordon Gekko-ass clothes, you better be taking care of your Serpent siblings. You owe them that much.

(Especially after we were robbed of seeing snake people in Captain America: Brave New World.)

What will Constrictor be able to tell Rogue about Sabretooth, and what happened at Project P.E.G.A.S.U.S.? Hopefully, it won’t cost her more than the bus fare to Chicago, but that’s never the case…
