This year, Marvel announced an original podcast series about Wolverine called WOLVERINE: THE LONG NIGHT. It was original content for Stitcher Premium in March and is currently being released weekly for free. At the NYCC panel for their podcast THIS WEEK IN MARVEL, the company announced that WOLVERINE: THE LONG NIGHT would be adapted into a comic series by writer Ben Percy and artist Marcio Takara, with cover by Rafael Albuquerque.
Percy wrote the podcast that Time Magazine listed as one of the “50 Best Podcasts to Listen to Right Now” and the Financial Times called “a masterclass in dramatic realism”. WOLVERINE: THE LONG NIGHT follows agents Sally Pierce and Tad Marshall through the rural fishing village of Burns, Alaska, to investigate a series of murders with their main suspect being a man named Logan. You can check out the first episode of the podcast below and you can pick up the comics adaptation in January 2019.
