Man, remember how much fun The Marvels was earlier this month? How refreshing it was for a Marvel movie to just be a fun romp and not be obsessed with moving some overarching plot along? Just gals bein’ pals. And the Khans! How great were they?
That [redacted] cameo at the end sure was a choice, though.
Anyway, back to the comics. Ms. Marvel’s a mutant these days, and adjusting to that new reality amid the mutant race’s lowest point in a while. Nevertheless, Kamala persists, and is winding down her first mission as a member of the X-Men: going undercover at Empire State University to figure out what Orchis is up to there. That, if Orchis doesn’t figure her out first.
