Listen, I know the timeline of when all these comics take place in relation to each other is wibbly-wobbly at best, but I’m pretty sure MODOK resigned from Orchis at the end of Fall of the House of X #2.
But here he is in X-Men #34, taking advantage of the conflict between the mutants and their human oppressors to sow additional chaos.
