Kwannon checks on her boyfriend in our EXCLUSIVE preview of Psylocke #3

In Psylocke, a woman trained from childhood to be a weapon seeks to protect children from mutant traffickers.

In Laura Kinney: Wolverine, a woman created in a lab to be a weapon seeks to protect young mutants from being exploited by the criminal underworld.

In Magik, a woman trained from childhood to be a (magical) weapon seeks to protect young mutants from being kidnapped by dark (magical) forces.

We’ll save the deeper examination of what this means for a more appropriate venue, but, to paraphrase a meme, if I had a nickel for every time a young woman trained from childhood sought to protect young mutants from harm, I’d have three nickels, which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened thrice.

Check out our exclusive preview of Psylocke #3, out next week, and keep scrolling for the basic deets.
